Founded by osteopathic physician/psychiatrist (www.hawkinspsychiatry.com)  and wellness advocate, Dr. Germaine Hawkins, DO and medical assistant Coty Barnes, MT, ME certified massage therapist and aesthetican, further understands that how we feel is heavily influenced by how we look aesthetically to ourselves, others and society in general. Over his years in private psychiatric practice, Dr. Hawkins has grown to appreciate that the true measure of total mental wellness must encompass a healthy self-esteem and self-perception. This eventually became the driving force behind founding the ideas and philosophy of Precision Nutrition & Body Contouring (PNBC).

Our featured service is the non-invasive iSculpt, an alternative to liposuction or the infamous ‘tummy tuck’, which helps with weight loss, gets rid of stretch marks, decreases wrinkles, increases metabolism, increases lean muscle mass, aids in pain relief and reducing fluid retention.
